Dead Sea Salt contains 21 minerals including magnesium, calcium, sulfur, bromide, iodine, sodium, zinc and potassium. Pink Himalayan Salt contains calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium and zinc. Epsom Salt contains mainly magnesium.
Muscle Salt Soak is made with Wintergreen, Clove and Marjoram Essential oils. Wintergreen is often used to alleviate various types of pain and reducing inflammation. Its commonly used for its soothing effects on sore muscles and joints. Hot baths containing Muscle Salt Soak can help to greatly improve mobility.
