We take great pride in preparing and shipping your order with care and efficiency. Most in‑stock items are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday, allowing us to ensure quality control and timely fulfillment.

For custom or made‑to‑order items, processing times may vary. We encourage you to contact us directly for an accurate timeline specific to your order.

We ship using a variety of trusted couriers, and Canada Post is used for deliveries to PO Boxes. Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

At this time, we ship across Canada. Shipping to the United States is currently suspended; however, if you require an order to be sent to a U.S. address, please reach out to us. We are happy to review your request, as additional considerations may apply.
